As Vice-Principal of the Senior and Senior Secondary Wing at RD Public School, Betul, I oversee the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of the institution. My responsibilities include curriculum planning, supervision of classroom teaching, teacher mentoring, timetable structuring, examination coordination, and ensuring effective implementation of academic policies. I regularly guide faculty, monitor instructional quality, and support the achievement of strong board exam results. In addition to my school responsibilities, I independently manage RD Coaching Classes, the sister branch dedicated to Integrated Foundation (VIII–X), NEET, JEE, and special education classes. I handle the complete operations of the coaching wing, including: Admissions: Planning, promotion, lead generation, counselling, and enrollment. Academics: Faculty coordination, timetable planning, academic calendar design, and maintaining teaching quality. Assessment & Testing: Conducting regular unit tests, JEE Mains mock tests through the College Doors platform, performance analysis, and student feedback. Administration & ERP: Managing attendance, reports, communication, records, and parent interactions. Planning & Execution: Designing strategies for academics, discipline, student improvement, and overall growth of the coaching wing. Balancing both responsibilities, I ensure smooth coordination between the school and coaching systems, improve academic outcomes, support students' competitive exam preparation, and maintain a disciplined, motivational learning environment. My role demands strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills—strengths I have developed over 13+ years of teaching and 9+ years in educational leadership.
