Teaching Philosophy I believe Biology is best learned through conceptual understanding, scientific inquiry, observation, experimentation and real-world application, rather than rote memorization. My teaching approach combines strong subject knowledge with student-centred, inquiry-based and activity-oriented learning. I use diagrams, models, demonstrations, laboratory work, digital resources, case studies and questioning techniques to make complex biological concepts accessible and engaging. I adapt instruction to different learning abilities and encourage critical thinking, scientific reasoning, problem-solving and independent learning. For CBSE, Cambridge, IB and NEET, I integrate curriculum objectives with application-based learning, examination skills and authentic scientific examples, while maintaining appropriate depth and academic rigor. Career Objective To contribute as a PGT Biology / Senior Biology Educator / Academic Coordinator in a progressive institution such as CBSE, Cambridge or IB schools, where I can utilize my extensive teaching experience, Ph.D.-level subject expertise, research background and laboratory skills to develop scientifically curious, confident and academically successful learners. I aim to support students in achieving excellence in Board examinations, NEET and other competitive examinations, while developing higher-order thinking, scientific literacy, research aptitude and lifelong learning skills.
