Anvi Kadvath

As a passionate educator with a Master’s in English Literature from the University of Nottingham, I am dedicated to fostering positive learning environments and supporting student development. My career journey began with working as a Cover Supervisor and Supply Teacher in secondary schools, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in classroom management and teaching. Currently, I serve as the Learning Manager and Key Stage 4 Behaviour Lead at Carlton Le Willows, where I’m responsible for overseeing the academic progress and well-being of Year 10 & 11 students, as well as implementing effective behaviour strategies. My role allows me to make a tangible difference in the lives of students, helping them navigate their academic challenges and excel in their studies. Driven by a strong belief in the power of education, I’m continually seeking opportunities to develop my skills and make a positive impact in the education sector.
