I am passionate about Education. I joined Amity University in 2010, since then I have been curious about improving student's learning outcome and overall development. To satisfy my intellectual curiosity, I kept exploring about cognitive sciences, learning sciences, designing integrated and interdisciplinary course contents, in the process I recently joined Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Assessment at Ajim Premji University, that gives me a sound understanding on improving student learning and developing them as self-regulated learner. At my current workplace, I am required to carry administrative side of school operations too. My teaching philosophy is mostly based on enquiry/project-based learning where student can use their higher order thinking skills (as described in Bloom's Taxonomy). My ultimate objective is to facilitate optimal student learning.
