Akshat Kumar

I am a Facilitator and Student Wellness Guide with over a year of experience working with children across diverse educational settings, including Waldorf-inspired education, mainstream schooling, daycare programs, and community learning initiatives. My experience includes facilitating developmentally appropriate learning activities, supporting children's social-emotional well-being, assisting curriculum implementation, organizing educational events and camps, and fostering meaningful relationships with children and families. As a member of the founding team at Purple Ekagrah Waldorf Microschool, I have contributed to curriculum planning, experiential learning activities, parent engagement, and the organization of child-led initiatives such as Manipal's first Children's Idea Fair. I am passionate about child-centered, holistic, and inclusive education and strive to create learning environments that nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning while supporting each child's unique developmental journey.
