Career Objective My career objective is to work in a progressive educational institution where I can contribute meaningfully to academic growth, student development, and institutional excellence. I aspire to continuously improve my teaching methodologies, leadership abilities, and professional skills while motivating students to achieve their highest potential both academically and personally. Key Strengths My key strengths include strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature, effective classroom management, and the ability to engage students through interactive and activity-based learning. I possess good communication and mentoring skills, leadership experience as an HOD, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
