Arati Nanavati

I have been working in early years education for over a decade, closely working with children, teachers, principals, and parents. My experience includes building early years curriculum, mentoring teachers and school leaders, observing classrooms, identifying gaps, and strengthening teaching and learning practices across schools. I am particularly passionate about training and developing school teams because I believe the early years are the most influential stage of a child’s life. The quality of conversations, experiences, interactions, and facilitation provided by the adults around a child can have a lasting impact on their confidence, independence, curiosity, and approach to learning. I believe in equipping educators not just with the right curriculum and tools, but with the understanding and confidence to create meaningful learning experiences. For me, developing the adults who shape young minds is one of the most powerful ways to create a lasting impact in early childhood education.
