I am observant, patient, and adaptable. Observation helps in understanding student behaviour and learning gaps. Patience allows students to learn without fear, and adaptability ensures that teaching methods change based on student needs. I have completed my B.Ed. and have developed a strong interest in creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences for young learners. Through my teacher training and internship experiences, I have gained practical exposure to classroom management, lesson planning, and the use of interactive teaching strategies that encourage student participation and curiosity. I believe that learning should be student-centered and connected to real-life experiences. In my teaching practice, I focus on building a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels comfortable expressing their ideas and asking questions. I also aim to promote critical thinking, creativity, and values such as responsibility and respect among students. My training has helped me understand the importance of using varied teaching methods, activities, and discussions to make lessons more effective and interesting for learners. I am enthusiastic about guiding students in their academic as well as personal development.
