I am having  Certified Teacher’s license, transitional leadership license from MOE, UAE and Trainer of trainers certificate from CBSE. My academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Physics, M.Phil., and B.Ed., equipping me with a solid foundation in both subject expertise and pedagogy. Since 2000, I have been serving in various senior roles in the UAE, including my most recent position as Head of the Science Department at Shining Star International School, Abu Dhabi. In this role, I successfully led curriculum implementation, initiated innovative instructional strategies, mentored teachers, and consistently promoted academic excellence among students. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about making Physics engaging and relevant by incorporating real-world applications, inquiry-based learning, and differentiated instruction. I have also contributed to professional development initiatives, served as a CBSE Resource Person, and hold certifications such as Trainer of Trainers and MIE Microsoft Educator. What sets me apart is not only my academic and instructional background but also my leadership skills, collaborative spirit, and ability to drive performance through data-informed strategies.
