Infancy Reena

Ms. Infancy Reena is an accomplished Assistant Professor and Research Scholar with over seven years of experience in higher education, academic leadership and international curricula (IB and Cambridge). She is currently associated with the Centre for Management Studies, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, and is in the final stage of PhD submission at REVA University, Bengaluru. Her academic expertise lies in Gender and Masculinity Studies, Postcolonial Literature and Curriculum Design, supported by a solid record of peer-reviewed publications, international conference presentations, and research engagement. She has extensive experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, mentoring students, and aligning curriculum delivery with institutional and accreditation standards. Infancy Reena has played a significant role in international academic initiatives, notably as a Course Facilitator for Brazilian exchange students under the Study in India (SII) program, where she designed culturally responsive learning modules. She has also contributed to institutional governance and research ecosystems through active participation in NAAC-related processes, faculty research cells, and student research development bodies.
