I am a Senior Human Resources Associate at Mobilous, a leading mobile app development company. I joined Mobilous in April 2024, after working as an HR Advisor and Strategy at Kantar Public, a global public policy and social research consultancy, for more than a year. At Mobilous, I collaborate with the HR team and the business leaders to deliver HR services and solutions that support the company's vision, mission, and values. I am responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and engagement. I also design and implement recognition programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and learning and development opportunities for our employees.
