Teaching Philosophy I believe that language learning is most effective when it is meaningful, interactive, and learner-centred. As an English teacher with experience across primary, middle, and secondary levels, I strive to create a classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves and develop communication skills naturally. My teaching approach combines grammar, literature, spoken English, and activity-based learning to make lessons engaging and practical. I strongly believe that every learner has unique abilities and learning styles. Therefore, I focus on encouraging participation through discussions, storytelling, role plays, ESL activities, and collaborative tasks. I aim not only to improve students’ academic performance in English but also to build their confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Having worked as a spoken English and soft skills trainer, I understand the importance of communication beyond textbooks. I integrate real-life language use, vocabulary enrichment, and personality development into my teaching practices to prepare students for academic as well as professional success. As an educator, I consider myself a lifelong learner. Pursuing higher studies in English, B.Ed., and TESL certification reflects my commitment to continuous professional growth and effective teaching practices.
