I am a result-oriented professional offering 19 (Nineteen) years of experience in the Education Industry. I have hands-on experience in teaching NCERT (CBSE) curriculum subjects to children up to secondary standards and also supervise and administrate primary section and secondary section. Currently, I am associated with Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Golconda, Hyderabad under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi (Ministry of Education) as a HEAD MASTER. I have extensive experience in teaching, supervising and promoting the education and well-being of children and young people at all times. I am also competent in establishing a supportive relationship with not only students but also their parents to promote and reinforce a student’s independence and self-esteem. Moreover, I have rich expertise in Supervising, Office Administration, Policy Implementation, Resource Management, Leadership, Training and Mentorship, Operations Analysis, Activity Planner, Recruitment and Enrolment, Diversity Issues and Counselling. My academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India with 70.37 % and Master of Arts (Economics) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India with 63.24 %. It has helped me to leverage my knowledge across various technical/functional and subject aspects.
