With over 25 years of dedicated service as an Assistant Teacher at Calcutta Boys’ School, I bring extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum planning, examination management, and faculty mentoring. Beyond classroom teaching, I have actively contributed to organizing academic events, improving assessment systems, and strengthening institutional pedagogy. My leadership style emphasizes mentorship, patience, and a strong commitment to academic excellence developed through decades of practical experience.
