I have worked for 26+ years pan-India in pace-setting & pioneering K-12 organizations (both in public & private sectors) as PGT teacher, Principal, Dean of Academics & Director (Academics).   I am adept at numerous skills: school administration, academic governance (CBSE, CAIE, IB curriculum), NEP 2020, NCF 2023, outcome-oriented academic planning, blended learning, comprehensive assessment performance analysis, presentation skills, management,   games & sports initiatives, co-curricular engagements, educational event management, pedagogical innovations, CPD-professional development trainings, educational leadership, strategic planning, staff development, conflict resolution, safety and security procedures, building strong parent-student-teacher relationship, admission promotion & marketing skills,  budgeting & financial management and dealing with myriads of unanticipated eventualities head-on. In addition, I am also a seasoned ELT pedagogical trainer with an experience of 26+ years   of teaching and training across India & in the US. I am a Fulbright English Fellow alumnus of James Madison University, USA and a life-time host of teacher exchange program across the continents sponsored by IREX, US Dept. of State. I hosted US teachers in India giving them curriculum and cultural experience. I am certified teacher of Cambridge Advanced    English, University of Cambridge, UK. I am also an online tutor for IELTS, TOEFL, SAT aspirants besides IGCSE & IB learners. I am passionate and innovative about pedagogical innovations in teaching and learning. Being techno-savvy, I have sound knowledge and experience in using educational technology in the teaching-learning process. I am a keen learner as well as a patient listener and capable of building trusting relationships with all in order to create a safe, positive, and productive work culture. I am  a dedicated and diligent person with a deep understanding of team dynamics at a given socio-cultural and cognitive level. I possess strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player. I am a strong educational strategist and a man of probity.  I have experience of working in a global education environment, which is, assuredly, one of my fortes.
