As a CTET-qualified English educator with over 10 years of CBSE teaching experience, my career objective is to contribute to a progressive institution by delivering innovative, student-centred instruction that promotes academic excellence and holistic development. I am committed to continuous professional growth and to preparing learners with the skills required for the 21st century. My key strengths include curriculum planning, competency-based lesson design, technology-integrated teaching, and effective classroom management. I have a proven record of improving student performance, including achieving an 85% Grade 10 Board Examination class average. I am currently active in implementing the NCERT Kaveri Curriculum, mentoring students in communication, debates, theatre, and creative writing, and leading school publications and communication initiatives.
