With over 11 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, student engagement, and educational program management, I am eager to contribute my expertise to a dynamic educational institution. Most recently, I served as Academic Coordinator – Middle at National Centre for Excellence, Bangalore, where I led academic planning and execution, curriculum alignment, performance monitoring, CBSE examination coordination, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale academic events. Prior to this, I worked as Coordinator – Secondary at VIBGYOR High and as Senior Academic Specialist – Mentoring at BYJU'S, gaining extensive experience in teacher training, academic operations, content validation, student support, and program management.
