Right now I'm working as Principal in a CBSE institution and I'm well versed with CBSE by Laws and I'm a person to learn fast. Regarding professional relationships, I have been appreciated for using tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff, administration, parents and in managing the institution in a good manner. Been a Senior Lecturer in Physics /Science Coordinator , working in CBSE schools for more than 9 years, I bring real world experience to this position. My career encompasses rich and varied experience in teaching which realise the need of the society . I keep myself updated towards the latest technology and innovations developed in teaching and also the Tech world , expressed in my innate appreciation and love for my subject. Reading and writing have always been fundamental aspects of my life and, thus, my teaching. As a person, I combine thoughtful intelligence with empathetic concern. As a teacher/Principal, I incorporate firm expectations of my students into a flexible approach of addressing students' individual learning styles. My students appreciate the diversified subjects discussed in my classroom. I am confident, self-motivated and an efficient problem solver with perseverance to succeed and zeal to achieve results.
