As a Biology teacher, I believe science is best learned through observation, experimentation, questioning, and practical application. I encourage students to explore biological concepts rather than simply memorize them. My goal is to develop scientific thinking, environmental awareness, problem-solving skills, and an appreciation for life and nature. I strive to make lessons engaging, inclusive, and connected to everyday experiences. As an Administrative Manager, I believe effective education also depends on strong organization, teamwork, communication, and responsible leadership. I work to support teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders by promoting a positive and well-organized academic environment. I value fairness, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all administrative responsibilities.
