I am an experienced education professional with over seven years of progressive leadership and teaching experience. I served as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for five years in an ICSE School during which I developed strong expertise in curriculum planning, classroom management, student mentoring, and academic excellence. Building on this foundation, I have spent the last 2.5 years as a Vice Principal of an ICSE school overseeing academic operations, teacher development, school administration, and stakeholder engagement. My leadership approach focuses on fostering a positive learning environment, implementing effective educational practices, and supporting both students and staff in achieving their full potential.
