I believe that education is not simply about completing a syllabus—it is about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and empowering students to achieve their full potential. My teaching philosophy is centred on creating a positive, inclusive, and student-focused learning environment where every learner feels respected, motivated, and encouraged to participate. I adopt interactive and communicative teaching approaches that encourage students to use English confidently in real-life situations rather than memorising rules. I recognise that each learner has unique strengths, learning styles, and goals, so I adapt my teaching strategies to meet individual needs. As a teacher, I see myself not only as an instructor but also as a mentor who supports students in developing effective communication skills, critical thinking, self-confidence, and a lifelong love for learning. I believe continuous feedback, encouragement, and practical learning experiences are essential for helping students grow academically and personally.
