With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field of education my career has been defined by a commitment to academic excellence and a passion for making Science accessible to every student. Throughout my tenure, I have consistently achieved 100% Board results for Grade X, a milestone I attribute to my ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and foster a genuine curiosity for the subject. What sets my profile apart is my dual background in Pure Science and Inclusive Education. My Master’s in Botany and M.Ed. provide the academic rigor required for PGT roles, while my PG Diploma in Developmental Therapy from SSNI allows me to implement truly inclusive classroom strategies. I believe that every child—regardless of their learning pace or style. A few highlights of my professional journey include: Curriculum Leadership: Serving as Head of Department and contributing to the development of Science Resource Books for Navyug Publication. Results-Driven Pedagogy: Awarded for excellence in Grade XII Biology results and mentoring students to reach Zonal levels in Science exhibitions.
