I am a dedicated academician and leader in education, holding a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics, Educational & Business Management. With a Postgraduate degree in Economics from Kerala University, I have also completed B.Ed., PGCTL, and Academician training from the UK. As a Certified International Educator, I have earned the Digital Teacher and Trainer certification from UNESCO.   With over 11 years of experience in education and leadership, I have contributed extensively across CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB curricula. My expertise spans curriculum development, training, and educational leadership, having served as a Resource Person (RP) and Curriculum Development Panelist for CBSE and IGCSE.   Recognized for my leadership at a young age, I hold a prestigious World Record as the youngest educator with multiple leadership titles. Having worked in senior leadership positions in the UK and the Maldives, I now lead key educational initiatives in India.   Currently, I serve as:   Head of School at Academic Heights Public School, overseeing multiple institutions as Academic Director.   CEO of LAA Education and Overseas Research Foundation, a teacher upskilling and training institute.   National Vice President of the World Human Rights Protection Commission (WHRPC).     Beyond school leadership, I am deeply committed to social reform, focusing on educating tribal and underprivileged students through free educational programs. My innovative admission strategies, dynamic management skills, and business acumen have allowed me to drive meaningful changes in education.   For my contributions, I was honored with the Young Innovative Principal of the Year Award at the World School Summit in Dubai. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles in renowned educational brands, including Academic Heights Public School, Seth M.R. Jaipuria Schools, and leading international institutions.   With a strong vision for academic excellence, leadership, and social impact, I continue to redefine the future of education through innovation, strategy, and dedication.
