Nadia Rakha

I'm Nadia Rakha, I worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for twelve years as a mathematics teacher, where I taught from the beginning of the seventh grade until the twelfth grade. currently I’m employed as a Mathematics educator at Menofia STEM School, an immersive institution dedicated to STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Within the dynamic environment of STEM schools, where collaborative projects spanning various STEM domains thrive, I serve as the pioneering Senior Mathematics instructor. In this capacity, I am instrumental in inspiring and appraising my peers, particularly in crafting engaging lesson plans through collective brainstorming and applay it by using different teaching strategies and Formative Assessment During Learning Summative Assessment after Learning. My academic journey boasts a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, supplemented by a postgraduate diploma in STEM and another diploma in Mathematics from the esteemed College of Science, where my academic performance consistently stood out. Beyond academics, I've also taken on a mentoring role, aiding my students in securing scholarships to esteemed institutions like AUC through personalized recommendation letters. Furthermore, my leadership extends to guiding Grade 10 student projects, culminating in my participation in the prestigious ISEF Teachers Competition. It was a privilege to receive a gold medal for my innovative project centered on smart light control systems. I am enthusiastic about sharing my extensive expertise with both students and colleagues alike, fostering a vibrant learning environment here.
