In addition, I hold a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Panjab University, an Advanced Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History. My teaching experience includes an internship at Spring Hills School, where I instructed fourth and fifth-grade students in English as per the CBSE curriculum. I crafted engaging lesson plans, employed interactive activities, storytelling, and multimedia to ensure a positive classroom atmosphere and enhanced understanding. I attended teacher training sessions and collaborated with peers for resource exchange. Additionally, I have worked as an online English educator with Bambinos.live, delivering lessons and techniques to support students’ understanding of the subject. I have effectively managed students in the virtual classroom, using teaching methods to suit different needs, assessing student progress, setting goals for improvement, and marking assignments. I have also built rapport with parents and managed students’ academic evaluation. My previous role as a Lead Child Psychologist at Little Leap involved working as a child development trainer, focusing on the holistic development of children. I was promoted within a year and managed a team of 8 trainers. I utilized my leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and understanding of human behavior to hire new trainers and conduct child development workshops. I was a core team member of the organization and received awards for my performance.
