For me, teaching has never been just a job — it has always been a passion and a purpose. Over the last 17 years in the field of education, I have had the privilege of guiding, mentoring, and learning alongside countless students and educators. As an M.Com and B.Ed graduate with First Class, currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Commerce while also completing my M.A. in Economics (Part II), I strongly believe that learning should never stop, especially for an educator. My experience as an Assistant Teacher, HSC Board Examiner, HSC Moderator, and a contributor to NCERT PARAKH has helped me grow not only as a teacher, but also as a leader who believes in encouraging others to reach their full potential. Having taught at both junior college and degree levels, I enjoy creating an environment where students feel motivated, confident, and understood. Beyond academics, I am passionate about leading and inspiring both students and fellow teachers with empathy, dedication, and a positive approach towards growth and learning. Receiving a Certificate of Leadership Excellence has further strengthened my belief that true education is not only about sharing knowledge, but also about shaping minds, building confidence, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
