Rachana V C

My name is Rachana Gopal V C, and I am from Kollam, Kerala. I hold a B.A. in English and Communicative English from Kerala University and an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Central University of Haryana. I also cleared the UGC-NET exam in December 2022. I have had the privilege of working as an Assistant Professor at Theivanai Ammal College for Women (Autonomous), Villupuram, one of the prestigious colleges affiliated with Annamalai University. During my tenure there, I gained significant experience in teaching journalism courses, mentoring students, and contributing to the development of the curriculum. I have experience in making syllabi and presenting them to the Board of Studies and Academic Council meetings also, I have experience in making the course objectives and course outcomes according to the Outcome Based Education (OBE) System. My role also involved coordinating various academic events and workshops, which enriched the learning environment and engaged the students.
