Rashmi Adhikari

For the last 13 years I have been employed as an Academic Coordinator by Sangam School of Excellence, where I play a key role in promoting positive learning behaviors by ensuring that all students know what they need to do to improve. At work, I directly supervise instructional staff, communicate with students to check on their progress, and ensure that the overall school processes run smoothly. I am actively involved in organizing PTM’s ,preparing Timetable , planning class presentations , the delivery of the school’s curriculum, achievement of its departmental goals, and the meeting of its set targets and benchmarks. I have been taking Political Science (  PGT Political Science) in grade 11&12 Humanities since 2008. During my career I have learnt how to use management information to monitor the progress of individual students, and take timely action to ensure that all of my students succeed.
