With over three years of experience teaching English language and literature, I bring a strong background in curriculum design, classroom management, and student mentorship. My teaching philosophy is centered on creating engaging, student-focused learning environments where learners can thrive both academically and personally. In my most recent role at NIPSTec, I redesigned the English curriculum, resulting in a 15% improvement in test scores. I have successfully mentored more than 30 students in competitions, guided learners in public speaking, and fostered 21st-century skills such as critical thinking and self-awareness. By integrating digital tools like PowerPoint, Google Classroom, and interactive activities, I have consistently enhanced student engagement and outcomes.  I am confident that my passion for teaching, combined with my ability to connect with students and deliver measurable results, makes me a strong fit for this role.
