Sarah Thomas

With over 16 years of experience, I serve as the Deputy Head of Middle School at Oberoi International School, leading the transition to the IB MYP framework, which fosters critical thinking and inquiry. I’m deeply involved in global educational roles with the IB, On going Training for NEASC, and CIS Visitor, and advocate for empowering students through inclusive, humanistic education. With experience in India, I’ve built collaborative teams that inspire a sense of belonging. I focus on using data to personalize student journeys and drive innovation, leading staff toward continuous improvement through shared goals and distributive leadership to enhance collaboration and growth.
