Being an Academic Coordinator, I perform the overall responsibility to assist the school administration in the management of specific & pre-defined aspects of the academic activities at the school. Besides the discharge of specific academic management duties, I exercise a motivational role in the day-to-day work regulation and execution of the academic staff. I lead a group of academic staff including lead teachers, class in charges and subject teachers. I serve as an interface between the teachers and the senior school administration team. Assist the AVPE/VP/PRINCIPAL in improving the quality of the Academic program Assist AVPE/VP/PRINCIPAL to make sure all instructors are punctual and classes run as scheduled Teach regular classes as assigned by the AVPE/Principal. Teach classes in cases of emergency when no substitute is available Assist the AVPE in making lesson plans in cases of emergency Provide basic troubleshooting for technological issues for teachers. Participate in or lead academic workshops as assigned by the school administration Assist in training and welcoming new instructors Handling the examination department for elementary classes (DCM Group of Schools) Member of Curriculum Planning for Elementary Classes (DCM Group of Schools) Assist as an Assistant Chief Resource Officer (DCM Group of Schools) ELEMENTARY SUBJECTS, EVS & COMPUTER SCIENCE, PLANNING & ORGANIZING ACADEMICS & ACTIVITIES AS WELL.
