Overall In-Charge of the Cambridge curriculum from Early Years to A Level, ensuring academic coherence and quality assurance. Successfully completed Cambridge affiliation processes for Early Years and A Level. Launched AS Level programme and led end-to-end recruitment of qualified A Level teaching faculty. Conceptualised and conducted two editions of EduConclave (2024 & 2025), promoting academic dialogue and best practices. Redesigned the school website in collaboration with the website development team to enhance brand visibility and communication. Coordinated and planned admission campaigns, including posters, entrance examination papers, and admission & assessment schedules. Designed and led the Candidate Support Programme (CSP), resulting in a World Topper in Mathematics and an India Topper in ESL. Introduced new subjects at IGCSE level, including Design & Technology (D&T) and Sociology. Established a Teacher Training Team and initiated monthly Professional Development programmes to strengthen instructional quality
