With over nine years of experience in teaching, along with curriculum development, content creation and academic coordination, I bring a strong blend of subject expertise and leadership capability aimed at improving student outcomes and academic quality. In my recent role as a Biology Teacher at Neerja Modi World School, I designed and delivered Cambridge-aligned lesson plans that emphasized inquiry-based learning and student engagement. By integrating digital tools and structured assessments, I was able to create an interactive classroom environment that supported both academic performance and conceptual clarity. Previously, as an Academic Centre Head and Curriculum Coordinator at Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd., I led curriculum planning and academic operations for over 100 students. This role strengthened my ability to collaborate with faculty, mentor students, and implement strategies that enhance both teaching quality and learning outcomes. I have also guided students for competitive exams such as NTSE and NSO, helping them build confidence and academic discipline.
