I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over 12 years of experience in teaching and training across school and higher education. With a strong academic background in Bioinformatics and extensive experience in Biology and Communication Skills, I bring a unique interdisciplinary approach to the classroom that fosters curiosity, confidence, and conceptual clarity among students. I have worked as a Soft Skills Trainer and Training Manager in reputed engineering institutions, where I focused on enhancing students’ communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills through innovative methods such as theatre, storytelling, and experiential learning. My teaching philosophy is rooted in creating engaging, student-centered environments that encourage exploration, critical thinking, and real-world application of knowledge. As a TEFL-certified trainer and a Master Trainer for government-led educational initiatives, I have successfully designed and delivered impactful training programs for both students and educators across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. My exposure to diverse learning environments has strengthened my ability to adapt to different curricula and learner needs. I am deeply interested in modern pedagogical approaches, including inquiry-based learning and international curricula such as IB, and I am committed to continuously upgrading my skills to align with global education standards.
