Currently serving as Vice-Principal at Decent English School, Chhatarpur, I bring extensive experience in leading academic teams, strengthening school systems, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students. As a Founder Member of Delhi Public School, Chhatarpur, I had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the institution while taking on several leadership and academic responsibilities, including HOD – Science, Middle School Coordinator, House Master, SOF Coordinator, IAYP Coordinator, and Activity Coordinator. Throughout my professional journey, I have remained actively connected to my core passion—teaching Science and Biology—while simultaneously working in leadership and administrative roles. My experience has enabled me to develop expertise in academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, student engagement, school operations, event management, and holistic education.
