Smitha Adarsh

Early Years Educator with a strong background in communication, content development, and learning facilitation. I currently work in a child-centred early years environment, where I plan and facilitate engaging, play-based and inquiry-led learning experiences for young children. I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, communication, independence, creativity, and social-emotional development. My practice includes observation, pedagogical documentation, responsive planning, storytelling, phonics, early numeracy, sensory exploration, and hands-on learning. I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education through the University of Helsinki (HY+), in collaboration with the Indus Training and Research Institute. My previous professional experience in communication and content has strengthened my skills in writing, collaboration, presentations, planning, and stakeholder communication. I am keen to continue growing as an educator and contribute to a progressive school that values child-centred learning, reflection, and holistic development.
