My name is Kalhan Vishnu Ghosh, and I'm keen to apply for a suitable leadership position (preferably Vice-Principal) in your esteemed institution. Currently, I serve as the Head of Operations at Laurus School, Bowrampet, Hyderabad, besides teaching English at the Secondary Stage. Prior to this, I worked as the Principal at Kidzonia Credence International School, Ameenpur, Hyderabad and as a Vice-Principal at St. Peter's High School, Maisammaguda, Hyderabad. I'm a dedicated professional with a strong ability to adapt quickly to institutional standards. My last drawn in-hand salary was ₹6.6 LPA, and I continue to receive the same compensation. I'm confident in my ability to exceed expectations in terms of work delivery and contribute significantly to the growth of the institution. I'm seeking a compensation, with at least a 10% hike, preferable to accommodate my educational expenses. I'd also like to share, that I'm currently pursuing M.A. in Education, and intend to enroll in B.Ed. soon this year (2026). A PhD in Educational Leadership and Management is in the pipeline, after completion of my PG.
