Educational qualification - (MA Economics, BA Economics (Hons), B. Ed, PG Diploma in Computer Application, Certificate in SQL & VB) was the General Manager Academics of Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions which has several quality schools in UP and other states. However, I believe most of valuable lessons are learnt outside classrooms, in field and in real life situations. I am a senior and experienced academician who has been involved with school education for past 25 years. I am a committed and dedicated academic professional with a proven ability to teach, motivate and direct student and faculty to attain maximum potential. My expertise spans from establishing quality new schools (greenfield projects), building teams, developing educational processes and initiating best practices to helping in student attainment by keeping the educational needs in mind. I have worked in reputed schools like Delhi Public School, MAEER’s MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul school, Treehouse, RIM’s International in Pune. I have been the founder Principal of many reputed schools and also been Core Committee Member of a reputed educational group in Pune with pan India presence. With my experience in setting up new schools and playing major strategic role in developing and managing schools by formulating long-range strategic plans right from conceptual development, infra structure designing, recruitment processes, admission processes, training, framing policies and procedures, enforcing regulations, academic designing & planning the curriculum, monitoring instruction & implementation procedures, planning events, building budgets to getting affiliation from boards by following regulations set by local, state and government authorities. I have worked on budgeting, marketing & organizing events for brand building, prepared logistics for smooth functioning of schools. I fostered collaboration between the schools, advised & counseled all the stake holders for achieving goals. Being a teacher educator, I have contributed immensely towards quality assurance, standards and quality enhancement of the schools learning and teaching by developing, promoting, monitoring and delivering the learning and teaching strategy and objectives. I have formulated policies for appraisal, feedback system for developing & enhancing teaching-learning skills. Being a CBSE Master Trainer, I have conducted trainings for the staff. I have conducted workshops for Parents, teachers and students. I have lead training teams and school inspection teams for quality Academic Audits and trained school leaders on how to give constructive feedback by highlighting solutions. I have a flair for writing and have written articles for magazines. I am well read and well-travelled person and have worked with children of all age groups (Pre-primary to XII, taught Computer Science as PGT) which gives me a distinct advantage to understand the age appropriate pedagogical needs of the students and customize, direct and shape the curricula and teaching processes in a school. Being from a forces background discipline and commitment with work ethics is innate in me.
