Respected Sir/Madam, Greetings! I am a graduate of Delhi University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Leadership & Management, a two-year recognized Nursery Teacher Training course (affiliated with the Delhi Administration), and a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Gowrie Victoria, Australia. Additionally, I hold a Basic Computer Certification from NIIT, Delhi. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood and primary education, including 12+ years as Head of Kindergarten and Grades 1–2 in India & Doha (Qatar), I have developed strong expertise in academic leadership, curriculum planning, and holistic child development. My role involved designing age-appropriate curriculum, planning indoor and outdoor activities, and coordinating large-scale events such as Annual Days, Sports Days, Exhibitions, and Graduation Ceremonies. As a department head, I have successfully served as a bridge between teachers, parents, and school management—ensuring a collaborative and nurturing learning environment. I also led initiatives for school accreditation with the Supreme Education Council, Qatar, and WASC, which enhanced my understanding of quality benchmarks in education. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and my career has been a continuous process of growth, reflection, and innovation. My goal is to foster holistic development in young learners through joyful, play-based, and purposeful learning experiences—helping them build a strong foundation for future success.
