My teaching philosophy is centred on creating an inclusive, engaging, and intellectually stimulating classroom where students feel encouraged to express themselves, ask questions, and think critically. I believe English should go beyond examinations and help students develop communication skills, empathy, confidence, and an appreciation for literature. As a teacher, I aim to understand individual learning needs, use varied teaching strategies, and create a supportive environment that enables every student to learn and grow.
