Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my interest in the position of PGT English, as advertised. With over 12 years of experience in teaching, including extensive experience as a PGT English and Head of Department, I believe I am well-equipped to contribute effectively to your esteemed institution. My teaching career began in 2012 as a Mother Teacher at Billabong High International School, Kanpur, where I honed my skills in nurturing young minds and fostering a supportive learning environment. Over the years, I advanced to roles such as Middle School Teacher at Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School, Kanpur, and later as PGT English at Scholar Mission School, Kanpur. My time at these institutions allowed me to develop a deep understanding of curriculum design, student engagement, and classroom management. In 2022, I took on the role of PGT and Head of Department (English) at Amatir Kanya Gurukul, Kurukshetra, a residential school. This position was particularly rewarding, as it gave me the opportunity to lead a department, mentor teachers, and contribute to the academic growth of the students. I was able to implement innovative teaching methods and foster a collaborative environment among the staff, which significantly enhanced the students' learning experience. In addition to my teaching roles, I also served as a Spoken English Trainer at the National Institute of Language, where I conducted online training sessions for learners across different age groups. This experience further strengthened my communication skills and my ability to adapt to various teaching environments. Given my extensive experience and proven track record in both teaching and leadership roles, I am confident in my ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the Headmistress position.
