Trushita Devkumar Pillay

I am a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in teaching secondary classes and creating engaging, student-centered learning environments. Currently, I am working as a Secondary Class Teacher at All Saints High School, Pune, where I manage classroom behavior, develop structured lesson plans, and implement diverse teaching strategies to enhance student learning. I strive to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the academic and personal growth of every student. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with 80.50% from Pune University, and I am currently pursuing my last year Master of Education (M.Ed). I am proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Tamil. My strengths include classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement, and strong parent-teacher communication. I am committed to fostering critical thinking and a love for learning among students.
