I have more than 5 years of experience as a P.E. teacher in different Educational industries and about 9 years of Sports coaching, professional Basketball coach and Boarding House Master in charge in previous organizations. I also know Swimming, Athletics, Racket games, Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, Yoga, Practicing Physiotherapy, and Chriotherapy My visualization towards Education for children. Teaching students to use their five senses to help them through education and physical activities. Teaching Children is the science of healthful living and skills needed for an active lifestyle. But I also prefer physical education approaches that involve teaching social, cognitive, and physical skills and achieving other goals through movement. Because P.E. prepares children and youth for lifelong benefits to become active adults throughout their lives. So it is assumed that all children can achieve a health-enhancing level of fitness through regular engagement in vigorous- or moderate-intensity physical activity.
