ADRISH CHAKRABORTY

I’m a postgraduate student pursuing an Integrated MSc in Life Sciences at NIT Rourkela, with a strong foundation in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and biostatistics. With over 500 hours of teaching experience, I specialize in breaking down complex biological concepts into engaging, intuitive lessons that connect with students of diverse age groups and academic backgrounds. My teaching approach is grounded in active learning, conceptual clarity, and scientific curiosity. I believe in using relatable examples, interactive methods, and visual aids to create a classroom experience that is both informative and inspiring. Currently, I’m also involved in a research collaboration between NIT Rourkela and the Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, where we’re developing a data-driven circRNA-protein resource platform—an experience that enhances my ability to connect theoretical biology with real-world applications. I’m passionate about integrating science with education and technology. Whether it’s through content development, curriculum design, or one-on-one mentoring, I’m committed to creating impactful learning experiences that empower students and nurture a genuine interest in the life sciences.
