Job description

Aegis International School, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, invites applications from dedicated and experienced education professionals for Academic Coordinator positions across Pre-Primary, Secondary, and Senior levels. The selected candidates will support academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student learning outcomes in alignment with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate academic planning, curriculum delivery, and syllabus completion.
  • Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, and student progress.
  • Support teachers through academic guidance, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum guidelines and assessment practices.
  • Coordinate examinations, academic activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
  • Maintain academic records and prepare progress reports.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to improve teaching standards and learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline; B.Ed./NTT/Montessori preferred or as applicable to the role.
  • Relevant teaching and academic coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and academic planning.
