Job description

We are seeking a visionary and dedicated educational leader to join our school as a [Principal/Vice Principal]. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training and professional development programs for staff.

Operational Management:

  • Manage day-to-day school operations, including timetabling, resource planning, and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations, safety standards, and school policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative and regulatory purposes.

Student Development and Discipline:

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment for all students.
  • Oversee student discipline and behavior management, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Promote programs and activities that enhance student engagement, creativity, and leadership.

Staff Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the teaching and administrative staff to achieve school objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all staff members.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider community.
  • Represent the school at events, meetings, and interactions with external organizations.
  • Maintain transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of academic policies, curriculum standards, and school management practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for administrative and educational purposes.
