🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Coordinate and supervise the overall functioning of the pre-primary section.
🔹 Plan, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and early childhood learning programmes.
🔹 Guide, mentor, and support pre-primary teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
🔹 Ensure the effective implementation of play-based, activity-based, and child-centred teaching methodologies.
🔹 Monitor classroom activities, teaching practices, and children's learning outcomes.
🔹 Develop academic schedules, lesson-planning guidelines, worksheets, teaching aids, and learning resources.
🔹 Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
🔹 Maintain children's academic and developmental progress records and ensure timely assessments.
🔹 Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and maintain effective communication with parents.
🔹 Ensure a safe, hygienic, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young learners.
🔹 Organise school events, celebrations, theme-based activities, and other early years programmes.
🔹 Collaborate with school leadership to improve teaching quality and the overall functioning of the pre-primary section.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
✔️ NTT, ECCE, Montessori, B.Ed., or equivalent qualification in early childhood education preferred, as applicable.
✔️ Prior experience in pre-primary teaching and academic coordination is preferred.
✔️ Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organisational skills.
✔️ Good understanding of early childhood development, play-based learning, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
✔️ Ability to mentor teachers, manage academic activities, and maintain high standards of early years education.

📍 Candidate Preferences & Relocation
