Job description

We are looking for passionate and experienced HRT Primary Teachers to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the foundation of young learners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development. 
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. 
  • Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective. 
  • Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support. 
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s development. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Primary Teacher. 
  • B.Ed/Graduate and Proven Experience as Primary Teacher. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere. 
  • Passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching.
