Job description

Role Objective

Manage the complete teacher recruitment lifecycle by understanding school requirements, sourcing suitable teachers, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful placements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Management

  • Receive and understand teacher hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with schools to gather detailed job specifications.
  • Prioritize vacancies based on urgency and hiring timelines.

Teacher Sourcing

  • Search and shortlist teachers from the Teachers Recruiter database.
  • Contact suitable candidates.
  • Verify teacher profiles, qualifications, and documents.
  • Assist teachers in completing their profiles.

Interview & Placement Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews between schools and teachers.
  • Follow up with both parties.
  • Track interview status.
  • Coordinate joining and onboarding.
  • Ensure successful placement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with schools.
  • Update schools on hiring progress.
  • Resolve service-related issues.
  • Build long-term relationships with schools.

Teacher Relationship Management

  • Guide teachers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Resolve teacher queries.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Prepare recruitment MIS reports.
  • Update placement status regularly.
