Position Overview 

We are looking for a forward-thinking and tech-savvy AI / IT / ICT Teacher to teach students from Classes 6 to 10. The role involves building strong digital foundations, introducing emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, and equipping students with practical computing, problem-solving, and coding skills. 

Key Responsibilities 
● Teach AI / IT / ICT to students of Classes 6–10
● Deliver curriculum aligned with CBSE–NCERT and skill-based education frameworks

● Teach core areas including: 

  1.  Computer fundamentals and digital literacy (Classes 6–10)
  2. Programming (Scratch, Python, basic coding concepts) 
  3. Artificial Intelligence concepts (AI basics, data, ML introduction) 
  4. Information Technology (Office tools, networking basics, cybersecurity) 
  5. Prepare students for CBSE IT / AI subjects (Classes 6–10) 
  6. Use project-based, experiential, and hands-on learning approaches 
  7. Encourage innovation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills 
  8. Guide students in practical labs, projects, and real-world applications 
  9. Design lesson plans, assignments, and competency-based assessments 
  10. Conduct evaluations and maintain academic records 
  11. Stay updated with latest trends in AI, coding, and educational technology 
  12. Support participation in competitions, hackathons, and tech events 
  13. Maintain and effectively use computer lab resources 
  14. Ensure safe and responsible use of technology (digital citizenship) 
  15. Collaborate with faculty for interdisciplinary integration (STEM learning) 
  16. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress 

 

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

● B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) 

● B.Ed. (Preferred / Mandatory as per CBSE norms for school teaching roles)

Experience & Skills:

● 3–6 years of teaching experience (CBSE / skill-based curriculum preferred)
● Strong knowledge of programming (Python preferred), AI basics, and IT tools
● Familiarity with CBSE AI (417) / IT (402) curriculum 
● Ability to teach across junior to senior levels
● Hands-on experience with coding platforms and digital tools 
● Strong classroom management and communication skills 
● Passion for technology, innovation, and student development 
● Ability to simplify technical concepts for different age groups
